About me
Experienced HRÂ leader and coach
I have over 20 years of experience working in business operations, leadership development and HR business partner roles at Fortune 500 companies. The relationships I've built working across industries and backgrounds combined with my genuine curiosity about people allows me to build trust and rapport quickly, creating a solid foundation for my coaching partnerships.
I am a graduate of the Professional Essentials coaching program at Coach U and hold the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF.) In addition to my coach training, I have used a variety of tools and assessments including TRACOM social styles, DiSC and Intercultral Intelligence.
I currently live in Tacoma, WA with my family, am deeply passionate about social justice and equity in the world and in the workplace, with a commitment to serving coaching clients in the nonprofit space, people who identify as women and members of the BIPOC community.
